ModelSim is a component software module for defining simulations in a geometry-based manner and using that information, along with a mesh, to facilitate the creation of input for CAE codes.

ModelSim may be used in combination with GeomSim to provide geometry access for your mesh generator of choice or in combination with MeshSim to fully enable your simulation application.
